I experience a distinct foulness whenever Crystal Castles come up in conversation, and that is due to the fact that they cancelled their last Dallas show 2 hours after they were scheduled to play, leaving close to a thousand drunk kids stranded on Greenville Ave. with nothing to do. That isn't to say that I don't enjoy their "music" (which is only a bunch of samples looped through a drum machine) or their live show, which is honestly kick-ass awesome.
They have a new record coming out June 8, and the first single "Doe Deer" can be heard here.
