I saw this amazing documentary on Pitchfork.tv a long time ago, and I haven't been able to buy a copy anywhere! TV Party profiles the eponymous, infamous Manhattan cable-access program, hosted by Glenn O'Brien in the early-1980's. Everyone who was anyone in those days stopped by the TV Party studio to smoke grass, look fabulous and "jam" with no-wave pioneers like DNA and Teenage Jesus and the Jerks as well as decidedly more "glam" new-wave acts like Blondie and Talking Heads.
