TRUE STORIES

If you know me personally (and I suppose here as an RM hot-ass reader), you know ALL ABOUT my strange frenemy Lindz, or Lindsay as the plebs call her (which is cool, sometimes I call her "Gollum"). I can'tbelieve I'm about to type this, but La Lohan is in prison again. Can you believe it? At least her mom took her shoes home for her!

CATHY HORYN FINDS S/S 2011 MENSWEAR "WIMPY"

ALEXIS MABILLE S/S 2011

Cathy Horyn, famed fashion journalist and critic, wrote a little something for the New York Times ... these  types of backlashes only reaffirm my belief that any act of genius (or any relevant art form in this century) does not go unpunished, and so what? Bring it on.

And just for good measure:

SCANDALE: TERRY RICHARDSON (NSFW)

Terry with Kate Moss.

I've been a longtime fan of photographer Terry Richardson. Chances are really good that you know who I'm talking about, or that you've seen his work in countless ad campaigns (Gucci, Sisley, Miu Miu, Chloe) and magazine editorials (he's shot for French Vogue, British Vogue, i-D and Harper's Bazaar). Known for his rather candid-looking, sexually provocative or suggestive photos, Terry is fashion A-List and has been for years. So why is he suddenly facing a very public backlash?

AMERICAN APPAREL IN FINANCIAL TROUBLE?!

Gawker is reporting the latest American Apparel scandal (and it doesn't involve underage employees, sexual harassment or this guy). The L.A.-based sexy basics brand announced a $17.6 million dollar loss for the first quarter of 2010 .... maybe Dov Charney is in need of an intervention ... I mean, business reconstruction;).

LINDSAY DEFENDS RACY PHOTO SHOOT

You know, the one where she's dazed, glazed and holding a gun to her mouth?

She took to her Twitter page: “It’s not soft core porn hunny, it’s called ART.”

OK ... whatever you say, girl.

Bloated Lohan-with-a-gun wishes all you "hunnys" out there a fabulous day! Dont't forget your garter belt and fake blood on the way out the door!

NAOMI STRIKES AGAIN OVER BLOOD DIAMOND INQUIRY

Naomi Campbell never backs out of a fight, and a question from a TV reporter regarding a gift from Liberian president Charles Taylor sent her over the edge (again). Taylor stands accused of war crimes against humanity involving "blood diamonds," or uncut stones retrieved from war-torn areas of Africa where people are frequently mutilated, killed or tortured by mob-style kingpins bent on cashing in on black market gems. See the video below:

Seems like Ms. Campbell needs another reality-check (a.k.a. "meet your new orange jumpsuit!").

BALENCIAGA: PARIS FASHION WEEK

This show has received (shockingly) mediocre reviews so far ... l'horreur!
This, after the shocking news that Carine Roitfeld, editor-in-chief at Vogue Paris, was BLACKLISTED from the event. The reason behind Balenciaga's controversial decision to ban Roitfeld remains a mystery ...
Meanwhile, homeless-hating New York Magazine has featured a piece on the scandal, which can be read here.
This type of tension between fashion houses and those in the media has yielded similar situations in the past, as one of the most distinguished fashion critics alive Cathy Horyn has been banned from shows as well.
