GIVENCHY COUTURE SPRING 2010


Givenchy hit another home run with a gorgeous couture collection. Couture is all about drama and Riccardo Tisci served it up in spades: lampshade hats, beaded lace, exotic furs and dyed feathers, jumpsuits (!) in emerald green and bright purple ... what more can I say? Tisci's got the Midas touch, and his reputation as dark sophisticate continues to grow, looming in the distance like a lost city of black gold. I'm interested to see how his latest vision translates to the high-street ...

These shoes are to-die!


And the makeup debate is over: film-noir raccoon eyes and blood-red lips are IT this season.
